Most repairs cost between €15 and €60, depending on the issue. We’ll always confirm the exact price with you before the mechanic starts. A small €2 service fee is added for coordination and support.
During Phase 1, we don’t guarantee instant dispatch. We usually match you with a mechanic who can help within a few hours or schedule a time that works best for you.
You pay the mechanic directly, either by Tikkie, pin, or cash, depending on their setup. No need to prepay online.
